These Terms of Use and Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the 226 Pro Painters website and to painting services we provide. By using the website, requesting an estimate, or hiring 226 Pro Painters, you agree to these Terms.
226 Pro Painters provides professional residential and commercial painting throughout London, Ontario and surrounding communities within approximately 15 miles. Our published services include interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting and refinishing, deck and fence painting or staining, brick painting and staining, condo painting, apartment and rental-property painting, office painting, retail painting, industrial painting and new-construction painting.

Website copy, project photos, service descriptions and process information are provided to help you understand our painting services. Project photos show examples of work and are not a guarantee that every property will look the same. Surface conditions, existing finishes, access, weather (for exterior work) and project scope all affect the finished result.
We may update services, hours, service-area notes and website content without notice.
Free estimates are available for painting projects in London, Ontario. If your property is outside London but within approximately 15 miles, contact us with the address or postal code so we can confirm whether we can serve the location.
An estimate is based on the information you provide (including form details and optional photos) and any site review we complete. It is not a final invoice. The price, timeline and scope may change if:
Submitting the estimate form is a request for contact, not a booking, until we confirm the project with you.
Our general service radius is approximately 15 miles around London, Ontario. London is our primary market. Nearby communities such as Dorchester, Komoka, Kilworth, Ilderton and Arva may be served where the exact property falls within our confirmed radius. Service is not guaranteed for every address outside London until we confirm availability.
A typical project moves through:
Preparation is part of our process. The exact preparation depends on the surfaces and scope. Cleanup is included, followed by a final walkthrough to review the completed work before the project is closed out.
You agree to:
Paint colour is affected by lighting, flooring, furniture, cabinetry, trim and surrounding finishes. Colour consultation is available to help you evaluate options before painting begins. Final colour and sheen selections are your decision. Once you approve colours and we complete the agreed coats, changes may require additional work and cost.
Exterior painting, brick painting or staining, and deck or fence painting or staining depend on suitable weather and surface conditions. We may reschedule if rain, temperature, moisture or surface condition would prevent a proper finish. We will discuss whether paint or stain is appropriate based on the existing material.
Commercial, office, retail, industrial and new-construction painting may require additional planning around access, occupancy, other trades and project schedule. A 10+ person crew is available to support larger organized work. Coordination details should be confirmed before work starts.
226 Pro Painters is fully insured and WSIB covered. That does not transfer ownership of the property to us, and it does not make us responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions we were not told about. Notify us promptly if you believe work caused damage so we can review it.
We accept cash, cheque and EFT. Payment terms for a specific project will be confirmed with you. Late or missed payment may delay remaining work. Estimates and invoices are in Canadian dollars unless we state otherwise.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a scheduled date. Repeated last-minute cancellations, lack of access, or unsafe site conditions may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the remaining work. Work already completed is payable.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, 226 Pro Painters is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost rental income or business interruption, except where the law does not allow that limitation. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, except in cases of proven fraud or where a limitation is prohibited.
Website information is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for interruptions, form-submission failures, or third-party site outages.
We may ask permission to photograph completed work for our project gallery. We will not publish photos that identify your address or occupants without consent. Reviews you post on third-party platforms are governed by those platforms.
The 226 Pro Painters name, logo, website design and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial use without permission.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The estimate form privacy line states that by submitting the form, you agree 226 Pro Painters may contact you regarding your estimate request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you other rights that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. If you continue to use the website or our services after an update, the new Terms apply.
